This trip is a curated group travel experience and not a luxury tour package. Participants are expected to cooperate respectfully with the group, organizers, drivers, hotel staff, and local communities.
Some destinations, timings, or activities may change due to weather conditions, traffic, road situations, prayer timings, government restrictions, safety concerns, hotel availability, or other unforeseen reasons. The organizers will make reasonable alternatives whenever possible.
Flight tickets are not included unless clearly mentioned. Flight prices shared are only approximate estimates and may change at any time before booking.
Hotel category mentioned is based on local standards and availability. In certain situations, a similar-category accommodation may be provided.
Halal food arrangements will be made to the best possible extent based on local availability and operating conditions.
Participants are responsible for carrying valid government identification documents and complying with local laws and regulations.
Organizers are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, illness, theft, lost belongings, natural disasters, weather disruptions, transportation breakdowns, or any events outside reasonable control.
Some activities may involve walking, hills, uneven roads, or outdoor conditions. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical capability before joining.
This is a small curated group experience. Organizers reserve the right to decline or remove any participant whose behavior negatively affects the safety, comfort, values, or overall experience of the group.
Payments made for bookings, reservations, transport, hotels, or activities may become partially or fully non-refundable once confirmed with vendors.

Photos or videos taken during the trip may be used for community, promotional, or social media purposes unless a participant specifically requests otherwise in advance.
